As a grass root producer association, TCGA’s commitment is to promote the interest of its members. As such all business intervention are operated with a social conscience. TCGA’s programs and operations are guided by six fundamental core values:

Promoting Biodynamics, Sustainable and Organic Agriculture
Technical Support
With its two extension officers, TCGA provides technical support services in areas of cacao production from soil to post harvest process to its members.
Centralize Processing for Quality Cacao
To effectively produce consistent cacao beans, TCGA collects wet beans from members, ferments and dries them at a centralized processing facility.
Certification - Organic and Fairtrade
TCGA supply certified organic and fairtrade cacao. Through its grower group certification members are guaranteed premium price for cacao.
Market - Export
TCGA identifies the market for member’s cacao beans and exports to the North American and European Market.
